Fast forward 45 minutes and the mood in the room has shifted. The tension has lifted, replaced by a sense of excitement and empowerment. The audience is buzzing with energy, their faces lit up with newfound confidence and determination.
Understanding what to do is valuable. It's the first step towards mastery, the foundation upon which all future progress is built. But understanding alone is not enough. It needs to be coupled with action, with the courage to put theory into practice.
